Background

Kim Kolodji, PT, LMT is the owner and designer of this unique approach to Physical Therapy.  Kim has had over 34 years as a physical therapist working in Kansas City, MO, Austin, TX, and Mount Pleasant, SC. She has focused her career on Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Geriatric Home Health Services and Private Practice settings. In addition to her full time Physical Therapy practice, she has been a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Energy healing practitioner since 2008 and owner of “Awakenings Massage” a small business massage and bodywork practice until she moved to SC in 2012.

She studied in Austin, TX as an apprentice for 9 months under Rebecca Kern Steiner, PT, OCS, SEP, Cert. Aston-Patterning Practitioner at New Dimensions Physical Therapy. She completed a 3 year advanced training program to become a Certified Steiner Integrative Methodology Practitioner (SIM). This specialized training has given her advanced diagnostic skills related to the spine, manual therapies, and diagnostic muscle testing. Kim has completed 3 additional years of training in SIM and is now on faculty as a Certified Steiner Method Practitioner.

Kim has training in Craniosacral Therapy and is certified in Integrative Dry Needling. Kim has an insatiable desire to learn and expand her knowledge of the mind, body, and spirit, constantly enhancing her skills as a physical therapist.
